Our Fees
Listing homes and signing up is completely FREE, and there is NO membership fee for hosts or guests. When booking a stay, Jstay takes 3% of the cost of the booking from the host and 7% from the guest. This allows us to maintain the application and to offer top-notch customer support.
Jstay-Inspect
Introducing an option for hosts to add our unique inspection feature, which allows Jstay to inspect their property and make suggestions for a better guest experience.

Jstay-Inspect badge does NOT necessarily mean this stay has been inspected, it lets you know that this host has allowed Jstay to inspect their property at any time, giving you the peace of mind that this stay meets all the expected standards.
Adding Jstay-Inspect will cause your stay to appear higher in search results, and if guests turn the Jstay-Inspect filter on, only homes with this feature will be shown.
Please note: If Jstay-Inspect is turned on, you agree to give Jstay the right to book your stay at any given time (for up to 10 days max) for the sole purpose of an inspection. After inspection, you will receive a certificate from Jstay with our comments and recommendations. You will not receive payment for that booking.
